ADM service.

  • Account Management.

    Relentlessly progress closed sales to installation in alignment with Client goals. In course, resolve operational holds and surmounting hurdles impeding installation or PTO. Provide a platform for real-time communication and status visibility on all accounts and projects.

  • Home Upgrades.

    Proactively find the best build partners. Manage all steps from quote to home upgrade completion.

  • Real Communication.

    Co-managing the customer experience with applicable updates, reminders, and other communications. Be available to clients Monday to Friday 9a-5p local time via chat and phone calls. Weekly account coordination, 30 minutes, via call or video chat.

Expectations of clients.

  • High Sales Performance.

    We expect our clients to be relentlessly focused and actively engaged in completing high-performance + reward activities. Fundamentally this means setting achievable quarterly performance goals; and completing 1 or more sales every week, or the equivalent required to achieve quarterly performance goal.

  • Account Access.

    Provide your ADM direct access to all your sales; including, project details, notes, photos, and tasks. Add ADM to all chats, affirming their authority to act on your behalf in collaboration with operational colleagues.

  • Real Collaboration.

    Apprise clients of the communication they may have with us. Participate in a 15 min weekly account calibration with your ADM. Respond within 24 hours to ADM communications via chat or phone call(s).

Terms of Service

  • Service Period.

    All subscriptions have an initial service period of 3-months. The initial period assures that every client receives all the benefits of ADM. After the initial period all service subscriptions are month-to-month.

  • Billing.

    All subscriptions will be automatically billed their monthly component on the date of their enrollment or a date otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    Percentage of commission subscription components are automatically billed the Friday of the week following installation complete or a date otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Payments.

    All subscriptions require a form of payment to be on file. Accepted forms of payment for monthly subscriptions include credit card, debit card, Link, or ACH. All % of Commission subscription components require an ACH form of payment to be on file. Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe.com

  • Privacy.

    Any and all information captured or exchanged through the service is private and confidential to the client and their assigned ADM. Access to information is privileged for both ADM agents and clients. No information will be shared beyond the scope of subscription; generally being progression from sale to install to permission-to-operate.

    Disciplinary action and or legal prosecution, including employment termination and or subscription cancellation for client, may be taken if a party is found transmitting, distributing, consulting, or otherwise using private and or privileged information outside the scope of services and or to any unauthorized person or organization.   • Cancellations + Refunds.

    Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime after the initial period of 90-days via email to hi@project-blank.com. Cancellations will be effective at the start of the renewal period from the date of notice. Only cancellations made within 3 calendar days of auto renewal will be refunded.

    Cancellation of % of Commission subscriptions are subject to a $500 per account post CAP and pre-Install or the agreed upon % of Commission billed the Friday following the week of installation complete or date otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Support.

    Every client will have a dedicated ADM agent. They will have access to the agent 9a - 5p local time. In the event one’s ADM is out-of-office, interim ADM aContactgent(s) will be made available to assure client goals are achieved.
